Khaitan, JSA, Vertices Partners, Quillon Partners, Hogan Lovells Advised On Glass Wall Systems’ IPO

Khaitan & Co, JSA, Vertices Partners, Quillon Partners and Hogan Lovells advised on Glass Wall Systems’ INR 427.89 crore IPO (₹4278.90 million).

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited, a premium façade solutions and fenestration provider in India and across markets in the USA and Australia, undertook an initial public offering aggregating to INR 427.89 crore, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

The IPO included a partial exit by India Business Excellence Fund IIA (IBEF IIA) and promoter selling shareholders, including pre-IPO sales undertaken by IBEF IIA. The company is raising capital to support its expansion and innovation.

Khaitan & Co advised Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited on its IPO aggregating to INR 4,278.90 million, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

The deal team comprised Gautham Srinivas, Sathvik Ponnappa, Sanjeev Chowdhary, Vanshika Chaudhry, Anubhav Jaiswal, and Dharini Shanker.

JSA advised IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited) and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited in relation to the IPO.

The JSA team was led by Partner Arka Mookerjee, with support from Partners Pracheta Bhattacharya, Anshu Bansal and Kairav Parikh; Senior Associate Vatsla Varandani; and Associates Palak Karundia, Aditi Khandal and Sharad Panwar.

Vertices Partners advised the Promoter and Promoter Group of Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited in connection with the IPO.

The transaction was led by Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman, along with Partner Vishal Mehta, Associate Manager Vidhi Shah and Associate Stuti Jain.

Quillon Partners advised India Business Excellence Fund IIA (IBEF IIA) and the promoter selling shareholders of Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited on their partial exit in the IPO, including the pre-IPO sales undertaken by IBEF IIA.

The deal team comprised Sunandan Majumdar, Abhik Ghosh, Abhimanyu Sharma, Arpita Tripathy, and Afif Khan.

Hogan Lovells acted as international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

The transaction team was led by Biswajit Chatterjee, Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner, with support from Counsel Kaustubh George and Associate Komal Israni.
