SML Mahindra Limited has acquired the Trucks and Buses Division of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited as a going concern on a slump sale basis for an aggregate consideration of INR 525 crore, subject to working capital adjustments.
AZB & Partners advised SML Mahindra Limited on the acquisition.
