KPMG Law, Pioneer Legal, Wendelstein, JSA, backup.legal, Blueport Legal and Blomstein advised on NMP’s acquisition of Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH from Salzgitter.
NMP Germany GmbH, a private equity investor focused on medium-sized industrial companies, has agreed to acquire the Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik Group from Salzgitter AG. Headquartered in Fridingen an der Donau, Germany, Klöckner DESMA develops and manufactures machinery, systems and automation solutions for elastomer processing and serves customers worldwide.
The transaction was signed on July 29, 2026, and is expected to be completed in autumn 2026.
KPMG Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (KPMG Law) advised NMP Germany GmbH on the acquisition.
