Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and Khaitan & Co. advised on Warburg Pincus’ acquisition of Integrace.

Warburg Pincus has acquired Integrace Private Limited, a leading domestic formulations company focused on orthopaedics and gynaecology. The transaction provides a full exit to Integrace’s existing shareholders, True North and V-Sciences Investments, a Temasek vehicle, transferring full ownership of Integrace to Warburg Pincus.
