TT&A, Trilegal Act On Impact Fund Denmark’s $35M Investment In GreenCell Mobility

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) and Trilegal advised onImpact Fund Denmark’s USD 35 million investment in GreenCell Mobility.

Danish SDG Investment Fund II K/S (SDG II), managed by Impact Fund Denmark (IFU), made an equity investment of USD 35 million in GreenCell Mobility Private Limited.

The investment will support GreenCell Mobility’s ambition to expand its fleet to 4,500 electric buses across more than 100 Indian cities, more than tripling the number of electric buses it operates today.

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) advised Danish SDG Investment Fund II K/S, managed by Impact Fund Denmark, in connection with its equity investment in GreenCell Mobility Private Limited.

The team comprised Partners Dushyant Bagga and Akshay Malhotra, Counsel Akshita Alok, Managing Associate Aditi Somani, Senior Associate Aishik Majumder, and Associate Megha Rana.

Trilegal acted as legal counsel to GreenCell Mobility Private Limited in connection with the investment.
