Kelso & Company made a strategic growth investment in Bearing Distributors, Inc. (BDI), a global distributor of bearings, power transmission and fluid power products, and related industrial solutions.

The investment will provide BDI with additional capital and operational resources to support its growth, while BDI’s existing leadership team will retain meaningful ownership in the company.
