BIF IV Jarvis India Pte Ltd (Brookfield) sold a 17.07% unitholding in Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (Altius), India’s largest independent telecom infrastructure platform, to CDPQ Infrastructures Asia III Inc. (La Caisse).
The transaction is one of the largest secondary transactions in the Indian InvIT space and results in La Caisse becoming a major anchor investor alongside Brookfield, reinforcing Altius’ capital base and governance credibility as it prepares for a potential transition from a privately listed InvIT to a publicly listed InvIT.
