Nexus Select Trust, through Nexus Select Mall Management, proposed to acquire 100% of Galaxy Infra Creations Private Limited for approximately INR 1,600 crore. The transaction involves a 5.16 lakh sq. Ft. Grade-A retail mall and a 164-key Hyatt Regency hotel, both under construction in Guwahati. The acquisition marks Nexus Select Trust’s strategic entry into Northeast India and its first under-construction development deal in the region.
