Gibson Dunn and Vinge advised EQT’s Scaleup Europe Fund as the lead investor, in Tandem Health’s US$100 million Series B fundraise.

Tandem Health AB, a Stockholm-headquartered European healthtech company founded in 2023, raised US$100 million in its Series B financing, led by the Scaleup Europe Fund managed by EQT, with participation from existing investors Kinnevik, Northzone, Amino Collective and Visionaries. Tandem Health’s AI medical assistant is used by more than 10,000 care organisations across 14 European markets. The investment marks the Scaleup Europe Fund’s first investment in healthcare AI.

Gibson Dunn advised the Scaleup Europe Fund, managed by EQT, in connection with its lead investment in Tandem Health AB’s Series B financing.
