JSA and AZB & Partners advised on the $40 million investment by LeapFrog Investments’ in Marengo Asia Healthcare.
Marengo Asia Healthcare Private Limited received a minority investment of approximately USD 40 million from LeapFrog Investments. The Company currently operates five hospital facilities across the Delhi National Capital Region and Gujarat.
JSA advised Samara Capital and Marengo Asia Healthcare Private Limited.
