Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas announced recently that S. Vivek has re-joined the firm as a Partner in its Capital Markets Practice. He will be based in the Bengaluru office.
S. Vivek has over 16 years of experience across capital markets, strategic transactions, and financial and securities regulation. His capital markets practice spans across IPOs, rights issues, qualified institutions placements, ADRs, preferential allotments, acting for both the issuers and lead managers. He has worked on several complex and first-of-its-kind transactions.

S. Vivek joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2016. He subsequently worked with M2P Fintech as a General Counsel where he set up the legal, governance and privacy functions and led the company’s Series D fundraise, cross-border acquisitions, and its US expansion. He was also Project Lead at the NLS Regulatory Governance Project where he contributed to the RBI’s Regulatory Review Authority 2.0. He graduated from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru in 2010.
