Pioneer Legal advised PFSWeb, Inc. in its proposed sale of shares and assets to GXO Logistics, Inc. (Purchaser) and the proposed merger of PFSWeb with a wholly owned subsidiary of GXO Logistics. The firm advised PFSWeb with respect to the Indian leg of the transaction, inter alia with respect to inputs on the transaction documents from an Indian legal perspective and the relevant disclosures to be provided by the Indian subsidiary of PFSWeb.
