Khaitan & Co represented Biotique in a writ petition before the Himachal Pradesh High Court, challenging an order by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-I, Chandigarh and a recovery notice issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Nahan. The High Court granted an interim stay on the impugned orders, finding prima facie merit in the case.
