Desai & Diwanji advised Aarti Industries Limited on a joint venture with Re Sustainability (a KKR backed company) to develop a first of its kind company in India for driving the development of Plastic Materials Recycling Facilities (PMRFs) across India aiming to revolutionise plastic resource recovery and sustainable resource management practices.

The transaction was led by Partner Natasha Treasurywala, Senior Associate Rishabha Sharma and Associates Harsh Desai and Tannu Singh.
