Veritas Legal, Advocates and Solicitors acted for and advised K Raheja Corp Real Estate Private Limited on securing development rights from Palmera Co-operative Housing Society for the redevelopment of the building known as ‘Pleasant Palace’, standing on a prime 1.5-acre plot in South Mumbai, into a luxury residential project.
