Phoenix Legal acted as the legal counsel for the lead investor Lightspeed India and existing investor Elevation Capital in relation to their investment in the Series B Funding round of Maestroedge Solutions Private Limited (Snabbit), a quick service app providing on-demand home services.
The fresh capital will be used to expand into new micro-markets and strengthen its team amid rising demand for rapid, on-demand home services in India.
