Wadia Ghandy Advised Metro Brands On Distribution Agreement With Clarks

Wadia Ghandy & Co. has advised Metro Brands Limited in connection with the exclusive distribution agreement between Metro, C. & J. Clark International Limited and Clarks India Services Private Limited, pursuant to which Metro has been appointed as the exclusive distributor.

Metro shall have the right to distribute and sell Clarks branded products in India and neighbouring countries being Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, and Sri Lanka.

This transaction was led by Managing Partner Ashish Ahuja and Partner Anant Kaushik, who were assisted by Associate Anubhav Verma.
