LegaLogic Consulting advised Stetig Consulting Private Limited on it’s acquisition by Computer Enterprises Inc.

Stetig specializes in AI, data, multi-cloud, industry and core clouds and is the preferred partner of most of the leading conglomerates across the world for their business transformation journey. Stetig specialises in Salesforce CRM implementations for marketing, sales and service processes.

LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Stetig and advised on negotiation and finalisation of deal documentation of the transaction and assisted in closure.
