Pioneer Legal advised and assisted Sushma Puri in relation to a share swap arrangement with Curefoods India Private Limited and Yum Plum Private Limited.
The transaction involved issuance of equity shares by Curefoods to Mrs.Puri on a preferential basis, in consideration for the shares of Yum Plum held by Mrs.Puri.
Curefoods is an internet driven multi-brand food services company offering comprehensive cuisines catering to a range of consumer preferences and dietary needs. The key brands operated by Curefoods include EatFit, CakeZone, Sharief Bhai biryani, Frozen Bottle, Olio Pizza and Krispy Kreme. Curefoods has also recently filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in 2025.
Yum Plum is engaged in business of food processing, hotels, restaurants, fast food, canteens, caterers, clubs and lodging of apartments etc. It also operates the famous pizza chain under the name “Nomad Pizza”.
