Rajah and Tann announced recently that Michelle Zheng has joined their Singapore office as a Partner in their Aviation and Banking & Finance practice groups.
Michelle specialises in domestic and cross-border ship financing and in non-contentious aviation matters, which include aircraft financing, leasing, sale of aircraft and purchase and registration.
Her practice includes acting for borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured lending, leasing and financing transactions involving vessels and aircraft.
Michelle has represented both local and foreign banks, export credit agencies, airlines, financial institutions, owners and lessees in various financing transactions throughout her career.
