The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) has opened its Delhi Liaison Office, SIAC’s seventh overseas office and third representative office in India.
A launch ceremony for the Delhi office was held in Delhi on July 25, 2026, as part of the SIAC Annual India Conference 2026 – Delhi, and was graced by the Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs of Singapore Edwin Tong, Minister of State (I/C) for Law & Justice and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India Arjun Ram Meghwal, Justice Tejas Karia, High Court of Delhi, and R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India & Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India.
The Delhi office will be led by Shwetha Bidhuri, Director & Head (South Asia), SIAC, and supported by Devna Arora, Deputy Head (South Asia), SIAC, and Steffi Mary Punnose, Strategy & Development Manager (South Asia), SIAC.
The SIAC has successfully built a strong global network to serve users across key jurisdictions. SIAC’s overseas offices now include offices in India (Mumbai and GIFT City), South Korea, China (Shanghai and Beijing), and the United States.
