JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA), one of the leading law firms in the country, has announced the expansion of its Corporate practice in Gujarat. Saurabh Sharma has been appointed as a Retained Partner in their Ahmedabad office.
Saurabh has over 14 years of corporate law experience, involving high-stakes M&A’s, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, private placement offerings, business transfers and reorganisations (onshore and offshore). Prior to joining JSA, Saurabh was associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Ahmedabad, where he was involved in the corporate, M&A and GIFT practice.

Saurabh has been involved in multiple high-value transactions and regulatory matters across the projects and infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, pharma and technology sectors. He has also advised leading GIFT/ Indian mainland clients on the financial regulatory matters, product structuring and advisory, blockchain and tokenisation, service offerings (such as P2P, digital lending, PA/PG framework), and setting up of small finance banks, neo-banks and foreign bank subsidiaries in India under the GIFT/ Indian regulatory regime.
Saurabh will support mentoring Partner, Rajul Bohra in the expansion plans of JSA’s corporate practice in Gujarat/ GIFT. An alum of Gujarat National Law University, Saurabh also serves as a visiting faculty at his alma mater and other legal institutions.
