Gadens Appoints Andrew Rich As A Partner

Australian law firm Gadens announced the further bolstering of its Workplace Advisory and Disputes practice in Queensland with the lateral hire of Partner Andrew Rich.

Andrew is an experienced and talented industrial and workplace relations lawyer who brings a wealth of experience to the firm and will assist the team in bolstering our current offering in Queensland.”

Andrew Rich is an industrial and employee relations specialist with over 25 years’ experience spanning private practice, union advocacy and senior leadership, as well as time spent practising as a barrister in NSW and Queensland. Andrew has deep expertise in breach of contract, enterprise agreement and award disputes, workplace investigations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, wage recovery, disciplinary processes, and sexual harassment. He advises employees across all levels of the public sector, as well as in the finance, health, logistics, and mining industries. Most recently, Andrew was a principal at Slater & Gordon, in the firm’s industrial law and employment law team.
