Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), S&R Associates and Hogan Lovells advised on Sudeep Pharma’s IPO.
CAM acted as the legal counsel to Sudeep Pharma Limited, a technology led manufacturer of excipients and specialty ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition industries, in connection with its initial public offering, which was oversubscribed by 93.71 times.
The transaction team was led by Partner and Regional Co-Head capital markets – west Ravi Dubey, with support from Principal Associate Radhika Pandey and Associates Esha Gupta, Anomitra Debnath, Harshita Pareek and Khushi Parekh.
S&R Associates advised the book running lead managers ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited, on this IPO. The team was led by Partner Jitesh Shahani and included Associates Ishan Seth, Aditya Jain, Abhishek Gupta, Aarushi Kapoor, Monisa Mohanty, Sarakshie Sonawane and Thambiah Jayaram.
Hogan Lovells acted as international legal counsel to the BRLMs. The team was led by head of India practice and Dubai office Managing Partner Biswajit Chatterjee with support from Counsel Varun Jetly and Senior Associate Suchisubhra Sarkar.
