JSA, Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A), Veritas Legal and AZB & Partners advised on the secondary acquisition of shares in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited by a consortium of investors comprising Creador Group, WhiteOak Group and Siguler Guff.
La Renon is a leading maker of branded formulations with a strong presence in chronic therapies and a major player in the nephrology segment besides accelerating growth in central nervous system, gastroenterology, gynaecology and cardio-diabetology portfolios, with a pan-India footprint.
JSA advised La Renon Healthcare Private Limited (“La Renon”), in relation to the acquisition of stake in La Renon by Creador, White Oak and Siguler Guff. The transaction involved the secondary sale of shares by certain existing shareholders, including the promoter.

TT&A advised Peak XV Partners on the sale of its stake in La Renon Healthcare. The team was led by Partner Dushyant Bagga, supported by Managing Associate Garvita Mehrotra and Senior Associate Prerna Raturi.
Veritas Legal acted for Creador Private Equity in its INR 800 crore secondary investment in La Renon. The firm’s corporate team handled legal due diligence, drafted and negotiated transaction documentation, and assisted with closing. Its Competition Law team also secured unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India. The team comprised Senior Partner Manav Raheja, Partner Zenia Cassinath, Principal Associate Swapnil Phadnis, and a group of associates including Kapeesh Grover, Aryan Mehta, Ishan Mhapsekar, Rahil Shah, Abhay, Aagam Shah, Afrrin Advani, Kritvi Kumar, Dhruv Mehta, and Harshita Kushwah.
