Khaitan & Co and AZB & Partners advised on Hexaware Technologies’ USD 66 million acquisition of Cybersolve India and affiliates.
Khaitan advised Hexaware Technologies and its affiliate on the acquisition of Cybersolve India, Identity and Access Solutions, IT Gliterz and Identity and Access Solutions – Canada from the existing shareholders for a total consideration of USD 66 million.

AZB & Partners acted for CyberSolve USA and its shareholders in the sale of 100% stake in CyberSolve India to Hexaware Technologies Limited which is seeking to expand its AI-led cybersecurity capabilities.
