CMS INDUSLAW and Khaitan & Co advised on Shriram Pistons & Rings’ €159 million (₹1,670 crore) acquisition of Grupo Antolin’s Indian businesses.
The acquisition enables Shriram Pistons & Rings to expand beyond its traditional powertrain portfolio into automotive lighting and interior components, strengthening its presence across the automotive components value chain.
CMS INDUSLAW advised Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited on its 100% acquisition of Grupo Antolin India, Antolin Lighting India and Grupo Antolin Chakan from Grupo Antolin.
