Anagram, Trilegal Act On Sale Of Godrej & Boyce’s Stake in Godrej Körber Supply Chain JV To Körber

Anagram Partners along with Trilegal advised on Körber’s acquisition of Godrej & Boyce’s 49% stake in Godrej Körber Supply Chain Limited.

Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited has sold its 49% stake in Godrej Körber Supply Chain Limited, a joint venture between Godrej & Boyce and Körber, to Körber. Following the transaction, Körber has acquired 100% ownership of the company, resulting in full integration of the Indian business into Körber’s global supply chain operations.

Anagram Partners acted as legal counsel to Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited on the divestment of its minority stake in the joint venture.

The transaction team included Partner Palaq Vora, along with Keegan Pavrey, Sarthak Parnami and Avani Maheshwari.

Trilegal advised Körber Group on the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity stake in Godrej Körber Supply Chain Limited from Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited.

Trilegal’s scope of work included transaction structuring and advisory across corporate, foreign exchange and competition law aspects, negotiation and finalisation of the share purchase agreement, and assistance through closing.

The corporate team advising on the transaction was led by Partner Delano Furtado, and supported by Counsel Pritali Patil, Senior Associate Aakarsh Kumar, and Associates Ridhi Shetty and Punit Sanwal.
