Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Appoints Garima Shahani As A Partner 

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) announced the appointment of Garima Shahani, who has joined the Firm as a Partner, in the Banking and Finance Practice in New Delhi.

Garima has over eight years of experience in banking and finance and is qualified to practice law in both India and the State of New York. She has previously worked with the Singapore office of Linklaters LLP and top tier Indian law firms. She has advised leading domestic and international banks, NBFCs, multilateral institutions and private equity sponsors on a wide range of cross-border and structured financing transactions.

She holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur with a gold medal for securing the highest CGPA in B.A.(Hons.), LL.B.(Hons.) course.
