Baker McKenzie and White & Case advised on Tradias–Börse Stuttgart Digital merger.
Tradias GmbH and Börse Stuttgart Digital Holding GmbH have agreed to merge their businesses, combining institutional crypto trading expertise with regulated digital asset infrastructure.
Tradias is a European crypto trading house specialising in the trading and market making of digital assets, serving a broad institutional client base including neo-brokers, banks, financial service providers and public institutions. Börse Stuttgart Digital Holding operates a regulated crypto broker, a regulated crypto exchange and a MiCAR-licensed crypto custodian, forming one of the leading fully regulated infrastructures for digital assets in Europe.
Through the merger, the parties aim to strengthen their position in the European digital assets market and expand their offering to institutional clients. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the completion of negotiations and regulatory approvals.
