Davis Polk and Latham & Watkins advised on Epiworld International’s HK$1.6 billion Hong Kong IPO.
Epiworld International Co., Ltd. has completed its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising gross proceeds of approximately HK$1.6 billion. The offering comprised 21.49 million H-shares priced at HK$76.26 per share, along with an international offering conducted in reliance on Regulation S.
Epiworld is a global leader in the silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxy industry, engaged in the research and development, mass production and sale of SiC epitaxial wafers used in semiconductor devices.
Davis Polk advised Epiworld International Co., Ltd. on the IPO and listing.
