Mensa Brands has undertaken a reverse merger and re-domiciliation from Singapore to India as part of its proposed initial public offering on Indian stock exchanges. The transaction involved a cross-border merger of Mensa Brand Technologies Pte. Ltd. into Mensa Brand Technologies Private Limited and aligns the company’s corporate structure with its India-focused operations and growth strategy. The restructuring was approved by the Chandigarh bench of the National Company Law Tribunal on February 20, 2026.

Trilegal advised Times Internet Limited, Bennett Coleman and Company Limited and Cyber Space Infotainment Limited (Times Group), a leading Indian media and digital conglomerate, as existing investors in Mensa Brands. Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Norwest Venture Partners and Alpha Wave Global, global private equity and venture capital investors, in connection with the restructuring of their investment in Mensa Brands.
