Linklaters and King & Spalding advised on Helios Towers’ US$500 million senior notes offering.
Helios Towers plc, a leading independent telecommunications tower infrastructure company focused on Africa and the Middle East, has completed an offering of US$500 million 6.750% senior notes due 2031 through its wholly owned subsidiary, HTA Group, Ltd. This landmark offering represented the first EM HY corporate transaction since the beginning of the Iran war.
The notes are guaranteed by Helios Towers plc and certain of its subsidiaries and are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance certain existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
