Allen & Gledhill LLP has announced that Kevin Wang has joined the Firm as a Partner with effect from May 20, 2026. Kevin will be Head of the firm’s China Practice and will be based in Allen & Gledhill’s Shanghai office located at the International Finance Center (Pudong).
Kevin has over 15 years of experience in advising international and domestic clients in terms of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, private equity, venture capital, startup financing, as well as general corporate and commercial law.
Kevin has handled numerous domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, acting for companies across a diverse range of industries, including retail, energy and renewables, healthcare and biotech, and technology. He also regularly advises on investments, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and greenfield investments. In his general corporate practice, Kevin has provided counsel to various multinational group companies in relation to their entry into the Chinese market and the development and expansion of their business operations in China.
Kevin was recognised as a PRC Top Ranked Lawyer by LEGALBAND in 2024. He was also involved in two matters that won the Asian Legal Business Deal of the Year award and IFLR1000 Deal of the Year award respectively in the same year.
