AZB Advised KKR On $600 Million Financing For Manipal Group

AZB & Partners advised KKR on a US$ 600 million financing arranged by KKR Capital Markets (and anchored by their private credit and insurance platforms) to the Manipal Group, which is KKR’s largest credit investment in India.

The deal team comprised Senior Partner Anand Shah, Partner Ishan Handa and Senior Associate Mallika Jain, with Senior Partner Roxanne Anderson advising on Corporate / M&A and Senior Partner Lionel D’Almeida advising on Capital Markets. They were supported by Senior Associate Rhea Ghanshani advising on Intellectual Property Rights.
