AZB & Partners and Hogan Lovells advised on INR 15,000 million qualified institutional placement (QIP) by IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust.

AZB & Partners advised IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust and the Placement Agents, namely, Axis Capital Ltd., Ambit Private Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, NovaaOne Capital Private Limited and SBI Capital Markets Private Limited as sole counsel on the institutional placement of units by IndiGrid aggregating up to INR 15,000 million.
