AZB & Partners along with JSA advised on TMF Group’s acquisition of JSS Pro Services in India.
AZB & Partners acted as legal advisor to the TMF Group, a leading global provider of administrative and compliance services, on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of JSS Pro Services Private Limited, an India-based provider of accounting, tax, HR and payroll, and company secretarial services.
The AZB team was led by Senior Partner Nandita Govind, with Senior Associates Kanika Jaggi, Samarth Shandilya and Prashant Khurana, Associates Radhika Malpani, Sahil Aggarwal, Pratham Mehta and Shivangi Bhardwaj, and support on IP diligence from Senior Partner Akhilesh Kumar Rai, Senior Associate Parth Agrawal, and Associate Riya Gupta.
JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised the promoters of JSS Pro Services on the transaction, providing end-to-end legal support from structuring and documentation to regulatory and cross-border considerations, as well as internal restructuring and governance alignment.
The team was led by Partner Upendra Nath Sharma, with support from M&A team consisting of Principal Associate Zeni Arora, Senior Associate Konark Singh, and Associate Yash Wardhan Tiwari.
