JSA & KNM Advised On Tokai Kogyo’s Acquisition Of PTI

JSA and KNM & Partners advised on Tokai Kogyo’s acquisition of PPAP Tokai India Rubber Private Limited (PTI).

PTI is engaged in the business of manufacturing rubber automotive sealing systems. PTI’s customers include major OEM manufacturers, viz., Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, MG Motors, Volkswagen, Hyundai, KIA. TATA Motors, Renault Nissan, and Isuzu.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) assisted PPAP Automotive Limited in the sale of its 50% stake in PPAP Tokai India Rubber Private Limited, marking PPAP Automotive’s exit from the joint venture.

The team was led by Partners Sidharrth Shankar, Sidharth Sethi, Prakriti Jaiswal, and Shreya Sircar, supported by Principal Associate Aditya Vardhan Dayal, Senior Associates Pranav Rao N and Eksha Narayan, and Associate Shivangi Pathak.

KNM & Partners advised Tokai Kogyo Co., Ltd., the acquiring shareholder, on the acquisition, resulting in PPAP Tokai India Rubber becoming a wholly owned subsidiary.
