Canara Robeco AMC is India’s second oldest asset management company, with primary activities in managing mutual funds and providing investment advice on Indian equities.
AZB & Partners recently advised and represented Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (“Canara Robeco AMC”) and, one of its promoters, ORIX Corporation Europe N.V. (“ORIX/ Selling Shareholder”), on Canara Robeco AMC’s IPO which was undertaken by way of an offer for sale by ORIX and Canara Bank, aggregating to approx. INR 13.26 billion.
