AZB & Partners acted for SCHOTT Pharma in connection with TPG Scion Unit Trust’s acquisition of 35% stake in SCHOTT Poonawala Private Limited (SCHOTT Poonawala) from Serum Institute of India Private Limited (SII). SCHOTT Poonawalla Pvt Ltd is a joint venture of SCHOTT Pharma and SII, which is part of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group.
