AZB & Partners advised TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd on its agreement to acquire International Automotive Components Group (IAC) Sweden AB, a renowned Swedish manufacturer of interior systems and components for the automotive industry, with turnover of approximately US$ 800 million, and having key relationships with Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, Scania, and other key OEMs.
