Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), Anagram Partners, Stratage Law Partners, and Ramanathan & Vahanvati advised on VIXAR’s acquisition of significant stake in Bloombay Enterprises Private Limited, the operator of The Belgian Waffle Co.

The Belgian Waffle Co., is one of India’s leading quick-service restaurant brands focused on western desserts. The brand operates 600+ stores across 190+ cities and offers a wide range of products including waffles, pancakes, and ready-to-eat mixes.
