Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) and Khaitan & Co advised on House of Kieraya’s (Dba Furlenco) fundraise from Sheela Foam Ltd and White Oak Capital through a primary subscription.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sheela Foam Limited, an existing and controlling shareholder of Furlenco, on increasing its investment through a preferential issue, as well as on the structuring of the rights package offered to other investors participating in the funding round.
The CAM transaction team was led by Partner Anand Jayachandran, with support from Senior Associate Kritika Dobhal and Associates Ipkshita Singh and Neerali Nanda. Partner Gayathri Ramachandran advised on securities law compliance.
Khaitan & Co advised House of Kieraya on its fundraise through a primary subscription by White Oak Capital and existing investors, including Sheela Foam Limited. The Khaitan deal team comprised Kartikeya Prakash, Sivananda Pingali, Tanvi Tekriwal, Arnav Bose and Vidhi Damani.
