CAM acted as the legal counsel to the Property Share Investment Trust (SM REIT) and PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited (Investment Manager) on setting up of the PropShare Titania (second scheme of the SM REIT) and initial public offering of 4,462 units of the PropShare Titania, aggregating up to Rs. 4,729.72 million.
The PropShare Titania through its SPV holds six floors of office premises in G Corp Tech Park, Thane, MMR (the property has a leasable area of 4,37,973 sf).
