CMS INDUSLAW advised Vertex Ventures on its Series A investment in Palmonas, a leading demi-fine jewellery brand co-founded by Pallavi Mohadikar, Amol Patwari and Shraddha Kapoor.
This marks the first institutional round of funding for Palmonas and will support the company’s ambitious expansion plans, including opening 100 new retail stores across India over the next year.
