EVA Law represented Express Ventures Private Limited in relation to the acquisition of the catering services business of Siva Sai Catering by way of a slump sale, through the execution of a business transfer agreement.
The transaction also involved the issuance of shares of EVPL to the seller as part of the consideration. EVA was engaged for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing the transaction documents, and for assistance with the closing of the transaction.
