The Fort Circle successfully defended the challenge to the tender awarded by Nashik Municipal Smart City Development Corporation Ltd (under the aegis of the Smart Cities Mission, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs) to Secutech Automation India Pvt Ltd. By a reported judgment dated 13 June 2025, the Bombay High Court was pleased to dismiss the challenge to the tender.
The team was led by Co- Founder & Partner Jaideep Singh Khattar, and consisted of Principal Associate Tvisha Desai, and Associate Janhavi Pise and Intern Sehaj Singh Chadha.
