The transaction involved acquisition financing structured to support both the public-to-private transaction and HMA Group’s ongoing growth strategy.
Founded in 1966, HMA Group is a diversified engineering solutions provider servicing the industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and South Africa. The business operates across six business units spanning manufacturing and distribution-led operations.
Gilbert + Tobin advised Anchorage Capital Partners on its investment in HMA Group and on the provision of syndicated debt facilities supporting the transaction and HMA Group’s ongoing capital requirements.
