Goyel & Goyal (Formerly JKGA Law Chambers) advised 91Trucks on their $5 million Series A funding, led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from Titan Capital Winners Fund, Sparrow Capital, and Atrium Angels.
91Trucks, founded in 2022, is a full-stack commercial vehicle platform aiming to organize India’s fragmented used commercial vehicle market. The funds will be utilized to enhance omnichannel customer experience, expand the offline retail footprint to over 20 stores, and scale the team.
The team advising 91Trucks was led by Partner Akshit Goyal, with support from Senior Associate Avinash Kumar and Associates Abhilasha Mittal Shering and Sanjeevani Mehrotra. Additionally, Bangalore team, led by Partner Deepika Yadav, assisted existing investor Sparrow Capital.
