Imarticus Learning Private Limited, a Mumbai-headquartered ed-tech company offering professional courses, has acquired Singapore-based BELLS Institute of Higher Learning Pte. Ltd., a higher education institution offering industry-focused education and professional learning programmes.
The acquisition forms part of Imarticus Learning’s strategy to establish Singapore as its learning hub in Southeast Asia. The transaction was valued at approximately INR 800 crore.
IC RegFin Legal Partners acted as legal counsel to Imarticus Learning and advised on the structuring, finalisation and execution of the transaction documents.
The deal was led by Partner Vartika Koolwal, together with Senior Associate Saket Pawar.
Pioneer Legal also advised and assisted Imarticus Learning on the transaction.
